Always loved taking my kids there! They were treated very well! The ladies in the office are so sweet! Always making the kids so comfortable for their visit! And even looking forward to going back! Wish there was an office in Lubbock where they could be treated now that we're moving! Thanks Jacklyn for running such a great place with such an awesome environment!

Choosing this orthodontist was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my smile. The entire team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and respectful. From the very beginning, my consultation was smooth and stress-free. Mrs. Andromeda took the time to answer all of my questions with care and clarity. She explained the differences between braces and Invisalign while also discussing other possible treatment options, which made me feel well-informed and comfortable. Dr. Sullivan was just as thorough and reassuring. She clearly walked me through the entire process and, what stood out to me the most, she asked how I felt about needing treatment rather than simply assuming. That level of consideration meant a lot. She also recommended coordinating with an oral and facial specialist for a potential tooth extraction to ensure the best possible outcome with braces. Having an orthodontist who is both respectful and responsive is so important—especially if you feel nervous or anxious about treatment. I also want to recognize the front desk staff for being so kind and helpful when answering my questions. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference in my experience.

My children and I had a great experience at our initial consultation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Also Dr. Sullivan was very friendly and patient with us , she explained all our treatment options clearly. I never felt rushed, and all my questions and concerns were answered. I also appreciated the affordable,flexible financing options that make treatment manageable. We look forward to starting out treatment !!!

Andromeda was our treatment coordinator for my daughter’s initial visit for braces. She was very helpful and kind. Answered all of questions and helped us get in a payment plan that worked best for our family. Highly recommend Smile Straight for ortho needs. My son is almost done with his ortho treatment plan as well, pleasant experiences for all of his visits as well.
